Refund and Exchange Policy
Missing, Wrong or Damaged itemsPlease inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item(s) is incorrect, defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and make it right with a replacement delivery in the shortest time possible.
As we sell perishable food, we do not accept returns if you change your mind about any items in your order.
If you have discovered that your item is spoilt or comes compromised, take photos of the item and contact us immediately via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Order Modification or Cancellation
Your order is typically processed immediately upon placement. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com within 30 minutes of placing the order.
Once your order has shipped from our kitchen, you will not be able to cancel your order.
Refunds will only apply to products that are defective or missing in your order.
All Orders must meet the following conditions in order to be eligible for return:
(a) Item(s) must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories including manuals, boxes, cards, pouches) and free gifts received with it. All packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Item(s) must not have been used.
(b) If the Order is eligible for return as described above, the Customer will be eligible for an exchange. However, if there is no stock available to exchange the Item, only then will Foodcrumz refund the payment amount for the Item to you via bank transfer to the bank account details as provided by you.
(c) Upon receipt of the Item(s), we will examine it and we will advise you on the status of the replacement or refund (if any) via email or phone call as soon as practicable.
(d) Foodcrumz may at its discretion refuse to process a replacement/exchange order. However, Foodcrumz may offer a refund as a substitute remedy.
Once we have evaluated the situation, we will notify you if your refund has been approved and it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. This usually takes about 7-14 days.
