Store Frozen
Fry:
1. Pre-heat cooking oil to medium heat at about 160°C.
2. Fry curry puff directly from freezer (If there is some ice on the curry puff, thaw for a few minutes to allow ice to melt).
3. Fry both sides for about 2 to 3 min in total, until golden brown.
Air fry/Bake:
1. Place curry puffs in air fryer or oven without thawing.
2. Drizzle some cooking oil over the curry puffs.
3. Cook at 200°C for about 10 to 15 min until crispy and golden brown.
*Note: Air frying/Baking will not produce the exact outcome as normal frying. A lower air frying/baking temperature will not produce a "crispy" skin.
*Do not fully thaw the curry puff as the skin will turn soft and stick to other curry puffs.
