Orders will be placed in cooler bags when delivered, to maintain their quality during delivery. While we strive to keep your items frozen, we cannot guarantee that they will arrive in a fully frozen state. Rest assured, they will at least be chilled upon arrival.
Please place all items in your freezer as soon as possible upon receiving your order.
While our delivery agents will make every effort to deliver within the selected time slot, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Our agents will do their best to contact you.
We regret that we are unable to accede to specific time requests as delivery is based on the agent's route. You are encouraged to opt for self-collection and arrange for your own courier.
