Fry:
Thaw and fry in medium heat (approx 160°C) until both sides are golden brown.
Air fry/Bake:
1. Place roti boyan in air fryer or oven after thawing.
2. Drizzle some cooking oil over it.
3. Cook at 180 - 200°C for about 10 to 15 min until crispy and golden brown.
*Note: Air frying/Baking will not produce the exact outcome as normal frying. A lower air frying/baking temperature will not produce a "crispy" skin.

Taste perfect 9/10.
Cooking is very easy no messy time in the kitchen. I put it, in airfryer or Oven at 160° C for 20mins turn over for another 10mins done (if i need to bake 10pcs i put it the big Oven, same temperature & time set). My Family or I have a perfect Roti Boyan that taste Fresh, moist & tasty filling. Just like freshly bake.
Great for Breakfast, dinner or anytime when you are hungry.
It's good however the sambal is too little
