Banana Fritters / Pisang Goreng

Fry:
1. Pre-heat cooking oil to medium heat (approx. 160°C)
2. Fry banana fritters directly from freezer (If there is some ice on the fritters, thaw for a few minutes to allow ice to melt).
3. Fry both sides for about 2 to 3 min in total, until golden brown.
Air fry/Bake:
1. Place banana fritters in air fryer or oven without thawing
2. Drizzle some cooking oil over the fritters.
3. Cook at 200°C for about 10 to 15 min until crispy and golden brown.
*Note: Air frying/Baking will not produce the exact outcome as normal frying. A lower air frying/baking temperature will not produce a "crispy" skin.

Tauhu Bagedil is my girls fave and i love it too.
Samosa is good too.
The epok epok pusar telor is good but filings abit sweet for Me but my girls love it.
Lastly the goreng pisang dough needs improvement otherwise its delish too
Using air fryer for banana fritters. It’s very easy & not greasy. Very simple for unexpected guests.
