Cooking method
Fry:
1. Pre-heat cooking oil to medium heat (approx. 160 degrees C)
2. Fry directly from freezer (If there is some ice, thaw for a few minutes to allow ice to melt)
3. Fry on both sides till golden brown (approx. 2 to 3 minutes in total)
Air fry/Bake:
1. Place in air fryer or oven without thawing
2. Drizzle some cooking oil over the food
3. Cook at 200 degrees C till crispy and golden brown (approx. 10 to 15 minutes)
*Note: Air frying/Baking will not produce the exact outcome as normal frying
A lower Air frying/Baking temperature will not produce a "crispy" skin

Sambal pau very good taste. When you eat hot, it gives slightly crisp outside and soft inside. The sambal was spicy and tasty .
Ordered the sardine and potato curry puffs. The dough was a bit hard and lacked flavour. The filling was also very underwhelming, especially the sardine.
The pau sambal was not too shabby but the sambal was a bit too sweet to my liking.
The getuk ubi was really good though! Me and family enjoyed it very much. Very tasty and sweet!
Yet to try the pisang goreng so can’t comment yet.
