  • Frozen Sambal Goreng Pengantin
  • Stir fried pieces of beef lung and liver in sambal based gravy
  • Commonly eaten as a side dish for Nasi Padang or any rice meal
  • Optional: Add in shrimps and/or pieces of beef 

Cooking method

Stir Fry:

1. Thaw and Pre-heat cooking oil to medium heat (approx. 160 degrees C) 

2. Cook thoroughly till it simmers
