Cooking method

Stir Fry:

1. Thaw beef lung and Pre-heat cooking oil to medium heat (approx. 160 degrees C) 

2. Fry preferred sambal / gravy paste with cut pieces of thawed beef lung.

3. Cook thoroughly till it simmers.

Deep Fry:

1. Thaw beef lung and Pre-heat cooking oil to medium heat or high heat (approx. 160 degrees C or 180 degrees C) 

2. Fry in medium heat for approximately 3 to 4 minutes for a chewy and slightly crispy texture or fry in high heat for approximately 2 to 3 minutes for a crispier texture.
